It is great for keeping track of workouts and how you are progressing.The new release candidate(V0.4rc4), has seen some nice features added to it along with several bug fixes. V0.4 new features now include: privacy options for the component, as well as for individual users, backend control of most functionality, backend report generator, better graphing options for the frontend, beginning of coaching functionality and it functions well in both php4 and php5.
